Well, preposition is one of the most difficult issue while learning English, as I read from an article. Right now, while replying your discussion, I'm not quite sure if I use the right preposition in "read from an article" :))

There are many grammar books which summarize the uses of prepositions for us, however, besides reading those books, you should read and listen a lot, so that you'll know how to use preposition naturally - that's the best way, I think. I myself also struggle with prepositions, so many times I couldn't decide which preposition to use :D

In your example, I think the first sentence is more likely to be correct, as "on" is often used with things related to Internet, if I remember correctly.
