how to make listener understand

Dear all

I have a problem in the way to express my opinion about specific matter. The listeners have to guess what I am talking. My volcabulary& grammar are ok but they don't understand me. Why that?

I can't judge your way to express things since I haven't listened to you yet :)

In which kind of matters you found that expressing them is not understood from listeners?
