Oddity in my Page

I thought that this was only temporary but after two days of observing that my "Welcome Section" was moved at the bottom of my page, I began to sense that something was wrong.  Except for this section which seems to be disabled, the rest of the sections can be moved anywhere I like.

It is awkward to look at any page whose WELCOME GREETING is located at the bottom of one's page.  I wish to be enlightened by this oddity.

I've come to this conclusion that this bug corrupts a page only when someone tries to change the setting of the sections on their page. Like for example, when I changed the position of my personal information box from the side bar on the right to the center, it was ok at first. But when I left my page and then came back to it again, everything was changed.

Sadly enough, repositioning the sections doesn't resolve this problem. :(

So, still waiting for a solution from tech help providers!!!

Hello!

I have the same problem as Teacher Anele concerning "welcome section",I tried to move everything below it ,but It did not work.
