The very first transgender contestant in Miss Universe History, Ms Jenna Talackova has become a human rights advocate after a string of controversy. This 23-year-old canadian was born male but had always felt like a girl who was trapped in a boy's body.
Initially she was barred from competiting in Miss Univese Canada, but eventually was allowed to complete by Peagent owner Donald Trump. So do you think it's fair to the other contestants who were born naturally women.
My opinion is that it is unfair, NOT becuase she is transgender but becuase her beauty has been enchanced by surgery or drugs. Having seen some transgenders who are breadth-takingly beautiful, it may not be fair to those ladies who compete with their inborn beauties.... Just my opinion... otherwise, i have no problem with transgender ladies as I belive that everybody has the right to choose the way they want to live their lives, especially if their presence or lifestyle has no negative impacts or whatsover to the society. There are many people who want to have a change for their happiness, be it thier looks, their body size, their jobs, their countries,, so why not sex if they are willing to.....
What do you think? Please no crude or hate comments...you are most welcome to express your opinion but please be diplomatic and polite...
Thank you.
