Hello Teachers,

I teach in a high school that supports the inclusion model. As well, I only have the opportunity to see students for one class block every other day. During the 85 minute block, I focus on speaking and listening, emergent reading skills, and vocabulary. There are usually 2-4 ELLs ranging from true beginners to prof. level 2 in the class. In the past, I have created all of my own materials and curriculum, but it is so time consuming to start from scratch.

Does anyone know of some good textbooks for beginning high school ELLs that I should explore?
