Vine and Grape?

Is there anybody can explain to me the diffirence and usage of "vine" and "grape"?. I'm confusing. Thank a lot!^^

Sure. Vine means grape too but it has general meaning too, which is any plant that is climbing. Grape is a kind of fruit and in comparison to Vine has more specific meaning. I hope this helps and thanks a lot for asking.

Vine -  climbing or tailing plants with slender stem

Grape - is a fruit that grows on a vine
