I go running and run long distances....it helps....

Hi Yuki! When I feel sad, I want to be alone, go to a large place (such as a paddy field near my house, a river bank, etc) and scream: "Sorrow! Gooooo awwwwayy!". I'll forget my sorrow and feel better. Then I think about many funs in my life.

I just...listen to sad songs, again and again.

when i am sad go to sleep  >>wet my pillow ..cant speak with anyone!!
