My dear friends,
Would you like to take part in this funny competition? The competition has two benefits. First, it's fun and second, it will help you personally to know yourself and know what makes you a happier person. This question once asked by Anthony Robbins, an entrepreneur and life coach.
The competition is that you have to name 25 things that make you feel good. The more answers you give, the better it is. I will announce the winner at the end of June.
personal notebook(sorta diary notebook),
the clear star-full sky at night,
swimming pool; and of course to swim in it,
my husband's and mama's face,
my daddy's hands,
to see someone helping out someone else,
to see families together,
smell of wet soil in a rainy day,
to see someone kindly smiling at me,
to see my own progress and success in life,
to see the face of some of my beloved professors at university,
to get good results after hard work; for example, being the top student when I deserve to be,
to be doing gymnastics,
to be on a trip in our own car; with family members,
to put my feet in cool water when being out in the nature,
my passed-away grandma's belongings and gifts,
to think and finally understand something tough,
to be able to answer someone's questions,
to do the sports when I need to release my stored energy,
to play with kids,
to hug babies,
to cook delicious food,
to please the beloved people around me,
to have emails and comments by my nice on-line or far-away friends,
to be watching a funny movie together with the family members and laugh out loudly together,
to splash water,
to take a bath,
to read nice printed books,
to write a very good piece of writing,
to be remembered by friends and family members,
to water trees and plants,
to look at flowers, esp roses, and to smell them,
to take care of a plant,
to see no fighting and quarrels in a day,
to see no hungry, poor, and unhealthy human being on earth,
to see peace,
GREAT! dear Zahra, thanks a lot. Your list is long which is really great. It makes me feel good when I read it too...hope you always be happy...
I think there are two main categories of pleasures that makes you feel good. The relief and recharge.. And well, beside of that there's also gloat and something that I don't know.. So I try to find five things that do both -recharge and relieve. Then five things, that only recharge/refill. Then also five things that just relieve and lastly but not least, ten gloats, that make me feel so good.
First, the pleasures that are both refilling and relieving.
2a) Physical exercise.
3a) Relieving thirst, by drinking water.
4a) Recharging through of eating something nutritious to relieve hunger..(maybe?)
Second. Just recharges.
1b) A driving rain, that's light and warm.
2b) Gentle warm breeze, of clean air from green, after the rain.
3b) Watching good anime.
4b) Reading interesting manga.
5b) ..Someone brushing your head, getting hugged or smth that kind.
1c), 2c), 3c) Three types of physical relieves, that I'm not going to say out loud.
5c) Swearing out loud to relieve anger.
1d) Seeing someone fatter than I am.
2d) Thinking, that that other person is stupider than I am.
3d) Thinking that maybe my cousin X will get diarrhea, while skiing down from high slope. And then also hit some trees, that rip his pants broke and he have to forfeit the competition.
4d) Wishing that something embarrassing happens to mr. X, that would show him in bathetic light.
5d) Hearing someone telling something stupid about mr. X.
6d) Hearing something negative about some successful, perfectly positive guy.
7d) Learning that someone whom I envy, can't do something that I can do with in ease. (Hardly ever happened. What a shame!)
8d) When a bird would poop to the head of Russian president Putin.
9d) When the potatoes that I grew, were growing bigger and tastier, than my cousins... Or anyone's potatoes(I don't have a potatoes field.. But my cousin probably have, I guess. Damn him!)
10d) When I could do anything better than some other very respectable and perfect something guy.. like myself.
