because people speak English
It's a big lie if someone says you have to forget someone. You can't forget that person. The attempt of forgetting that person is just like lying to yourself.
All the people we meet in our life and spend time with them, live within us. Just have a look on your childhood, your elementary, you may not remember their names now or how they used to look like, but they are still inside you, somewhere in a remote place of you. And this goes on with all nice people you have ever meet in your life. They all are living inside you. And this is true with those people who were, or as you think, bad to you.
And please don't be judgmental to say someone doesn't remember you. Maybe that person doesn't talk to you or ignores you whenever you meet him/her at somewhere. But who knows, you live in the solitude of that person. You may appear in their dreams. Something or someone reminds them about you.
But yes, it's very important to not live in your past and move on. Take your past as your childhood. It was nice and awesome, but you couldn't stop your childhood to turn in adolescence. This is the same for the people, you can't them to remain in your life forever. Yes I know it hurts sometimes. But this is how life works.
And you never know, someone also thinks about you in the same. That you don't remember them but they think about you most of the time. So in that case, you are guilty? I say no. And since you shouldn't be blame for that. Similarly, you shouldn't blame others.
How to overcome this? simple, stop to fooling yourself to forget that person. You cannot. No one can. Admit what's done. And look what's coming.
Have a peaceful life.
Easy, gosh, don't cry! Anyways, I do agree with your BLOG...errr...COMMENT. It's too long, thought I was reading a blog. (^,^)
TDK, I think it's not that the person "can't remember you" but just simply "doesn't want to remember you" unless that person has mental disorder. Situations like this one hurts but let time takes care of it. No matter what we tell you anyways will be useless. Feelings are stubborn and won't let go easily. The more you are forced to do something contrary to your feelings the more you rebel. So be sad, cry if you have to, think of that person day and night, reminisce old memories and cry again. That's all normal and part of the healing process. Live your life one day at a time. Be patient and time will heal your pains. Who knows one day when you look back, you'll be able to remember the person but not the feelings. Good luck!
i wanted to write something like this ur sentences, so i just pasted that below;
...And please don't be judgmental to say someone doesn't remember you. Maybe that person doesn't talk to you or ignores you whenever you meet him/her at somewhere. But who knows, you live in the solitude of that person. You may appear in their dreams. Something or someone reminds them about you.
I think there is precieux crazy telepathy between all people that makes two-sided relationship which sometimes we can't feel it. for example when I overthink about a person He/She calls me at day!! :D
When its hard to forget friends, its also hard to forget hostiles!
It is not easy to forget someone with whom you have had some great memories. you can try not to see him or her but you can't help thinking about them, whereas it will be easy for them to forget you, may be because they didn't take you as their friend or in some other relationship but it could not be only reason. If it seems to you that they have forgotten you it might not be true who knows why he/she has ignored you, you may still be in their hearts and memories. What ever the reason is stop being worried and move on into your life.
Take it easy, and meet new people
Let her (or him) forget about you, if that's what she want. You can't do anything about it. As to your preference, keep the memories if it pleases you.
You can only get hold of your own emotions/thoughts but not others'. If she can't remember you, then be thankful that her character was revealed. Unfortunately, she doesn't value you, the way you value her. In actuality, it can be considered as a blessing in disguise. You've come to know her true colors.
Such is life. Move on. You're bound to meet others.
Keep what/who is worth keeping.
Nice blog, errr...comments, Beh
I couldn't agree more, Ohnie
