As mentioned in the meeting....
This option is what I would choose without knowing the rest of the sentence.

Hello, please help, which of the following sentences is mostly accepted while sending email to others:

1."Please be informed that the party will take place on 4 May and the notice is attached for your reference"

2."Please be informed that the party will take place on 4 May and the notice is being attached for your reference".
