Hello to everyone! Welcome to my workshop : )

Here, you can listen to my recordings. I admit, I'm not a good singer. But I'm doing these activities to improve my English Speaking Skills ( pronunciation, accent and intonation). This would be one of the perfect ways to have fun and enhance my confidence.

For my first recording, this is a memorable one. I chose "Top of the World" by The Carpenters since I'm feeling like on the top of the world when I learned that MyEC featured me as one of the Star Members for this month! The word "YOU" in this song refers to my friends here in Englishclub for their support and appreciation on my videos, blogs and discussions. I hope you'll like it. Cheers!

No wonder that you were STAR, you're good in pronunciation. You uttered words clearly. Keep singing, it really helps to improve our speaking skills.

Oh really? Thanks for listening on my recording! I'm glad it turned out OK. I'm giggling in my room when I first listened to it. My nieces kept on laughing and I couldn't help myself but to turn red... he he. I wish I have a great voice like you : )

I'm a Star on my own way Robert but it is a great pleasure if I'm going to be a star here too. However my worldly dream is to be real singer like Charice (ambisyosa nu...hehehe).

I'm getting addicted to my recordings and my speech is doing good :).

Have you heard bout my rendition "ROLLING IN DEEP" at my workshop?

Hi Nadiyah,

I agree with you. Before, I was irritated by my voice but as time goes by and after learning tips from MyEC about voice recording, I finally knew how to deal with it. I think our voice, no matter how different maybe in terms of accent and tone, it gives us identity as a person and as a culture. God has reasons why we were given these voices, so we have to appreciate it : ) Thanks for the comment!

I love your confidence! IKAW NA! : ) I think being a singer is not determined by age. Susan Boyle became an instant celebrity when she won in a reality singing contest! It's never too late to dream big.....Who knows, one day we'll see you promoting a self-recorded album. Yehey, but don't forget to give us an autograph CD OK?
