Hehe, I also guessed there ought to be another number beside the 5, but since I couldn't figure out what it is, I decided to put the answer as 5 in order to get tips (if any) from you, and lucky for me you fell right into my trap LOL :D

I don't know if below deduction is right but here comes how I understand the logic of the first two rows of numbers:

16 = 4^2 = 2 x 5 + 6

9 = 3^2 = 8 + 1

25 = 5^2 = ???

Yeah, that's how I got stuck. Might the rest of the answer be 25 itself? I'll be checking the answer when I'm back :)

for your answer yes it is 5 but there is another number to beside the 5.

Hello, everyone. I feel alive being able to spend time on EC this whole morning (though what's coming next is that I'll be disappearing for quite a while again). Luckily this time I remember to check out MyEC Log In, our common EC diary :)

The puzzle caught my attention and I couldn't help guessing the answer. Would 5 be it, Bright Rubies? :)

I love this idea to be in touch with each other and say about our day.
