Hehehe, you are absolutely right about this triangle on the left, Nadiyah! We, Uzbeks, also have this Samosa/Sambosa, but we call it Samsa :)

I just ordered some of these foods, Nida. Not my handmade. My office serviced them to all my colleagues when my students have the national exam! So I don't now about the recipe :p
