We laid stuffed peppers in a pan, pour boiling water over it all again, add salt (in boiling water), cover with a lid, set on fire.
Now all carrots and tomatoes!Of course, we wash everything clean, cut: carrots - slices, tomatoes - wedges! We take a frying pan, vegetable oil (refined is best, it will not to burn!)We fry the carrot, then add slices of tomatoes, spices and then ... And then we add the fact that cooked in a frying pan, into the pan with the peppers!If you want, you can add a little sugar in a saucepan. A little bit! I add! I cook all this about an hour from the time of boiling. You can put on a plate three of stuffed peppers for very hungry men, two of pepper - for a hungry man or very hungry woman, one pepper - for a woman who is on a diet. :-)But no! For a woman who is on a diet, we put only the stew carrot! :-)))I eat peppers! Sometimes two! :-)))
