Traditional Chinese dish made from Rice with other ingredients ruled inside. Eaten during Chinese "dragon boat Festival". This one was home-made by my students' mother.

It's differernt from here in shape.We put the zongzi packets into gyro form though.

How do you eat it? Do you open that natural bond? or with the leaf itself?
