Here is one of my a few attempts in translating poetry. It's a translation of part of a poem called "Calm" Written by the great English Victorian poet Alfred Tennyson (1809-1892). I hope you will enjoy reading both English text and its Arabic translation.

No doubt, that, having the same organs of speech, as much as this related to animals, does not make the animals qualified to speak language. Therefore, speaking language is not a matter of tempting, rewarding, or manipulating the animals, or reshaping the mouth of the animal to help it produce certain sounds.
