Life before was fun and Healthy

we play outside and very happy

the parks we fill on the streets we run

all we had was outrageous fun

we learn our values from people around

we were so courteous and polite we sound

we do our chores as we are told

we care for and honor our olds

now we learn from internet and tv

violence and profanity we see on movies

we don't go out to play with rush

we get our tablets…

My heart feels gloomy

and oh so weary

pain and sorrow fills me

when will I be happy

The dreams and home I have in mind

Can't be fulfilled always denied

deciding for myself, I was deprived by

my beloved parents, I don't know why

acquaintances, I have a few

some true friends, I think I do

But now I wonder where they are

don they still care, they way they used to do
