Gone are the days when it was difficult for the non native speaker to get good without a good background where one could acquire this language: Good teacher , good books and the circle of friends and acquaintances who spoke good English

I miss welcoming the newbies together with you Nadira. Those were the days but nowadays, hundreds of new members surge in great multitude. It isn't easy to keep up with their paces anymore. The members are so many but the welcomes are so few!
