Heart Mountain
Have you ever heard of Heart Mountain? There was one of 10 concentration camps during the WWII.
Japanese-Americans were forced to move to concentration camps during the war. I didn't know anything about it before 1994, when I was a foreign student of Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming.

My sweets of the day "ANNINDOFU"
It is easy to make annindofu.
I used this powder mix to make it.
Pour 600ml milk in a pan and start heating.
