Would it be correct to use " As per requested" or "As requested"

For example : As per requested, I have completed the project. Or As requested, I have completed the project.

Thanking you all.

I'm not used to "As per requested". Lynne's comment seems right. :)

Hello Mabarabam,

For me the difference between "as requested" from "as per requested" is based only on the number of request that has been asked of you to accoplish.

As requested - only one request/instruction has to be done.
As per requested - there are a variety of request/instruction which should be done in accord to what is asked of you to do...

The first time i came across the term "As per." it was used by an indian. I like it but I prefer "As ....for". Now to answer your question I think that they are equally good to be used mainly in very formal situation. i.e.: business letters...
