Hello friends!
There are many ways to improve our English these methodes one can use the English idioms.
An idiom is an expression whose meaning does not seem to follow logically from the combination of the meaning of its parts and the "rules of language."
That means it's a group of words in current usage having a meaning that is not deducible from those of the individual words.Idioms are often classified as figures of speech.
Idioms are used extensively in American TV, movies, music, literature, and in conversations among native English speakers.
For example"an arm and a leg " which means "a lot of money "- is an idiom (His new car must have cost him an arm and a leg); and “over the moon” - which means “extremely happy” - is another idiom. In both cases, you would have a hard time understanding the real meaning if you did not already know these idioms!
All in all, this way to improve our English is wonderful.
