The massacre is taking place in Syria.

It has been more than one year that people including innocent children have been killed by Assad regime in Syria.

Almost everyday I hear cruel situation there from my friends and I often hear about it on TV news, I see horrible pictures in Pinterest, and videos on YouTube.  For all those months, I'm feeling so sorry for the people in Syria.  I'm feeling so sad and very powerless about this matter.  Although I know what's happening there, I truly don't know what to do and and what I can do.  All I could do was to share some information with my friends on my EC wall, Facebook and "tweet".

Last week, when I was listening to the song; "Heal the World", I got an idea of making Karaoke video along with our messages for people in Syria and for the World Peace.  I asked my friends, and they all agreed with me right away.  So I started working on my little project.

There were some problems to make the music file, since it was my first attempt.  However,  with a lot of help of my friends, especially Thang, I finished mixing the song; "Heal the World for Syria" a couple of days ago.

And today, I'm very proud that my friend: Kyuri has finished making the video for the song, and we can share his work with all of you here :)

Probably this won't change anything the situation in Syria, but these are our messages with our hope and wishes for them.  I want them to remember that we are all with them.

Last but not least, I really appreciate everyone (Grace, Kyuri, Marisa, Miley, Tara, Tetyana, Thang, and Rajesh) who participated in this little project and very grateful to all of them and their children for their help and cooperation.

Thank you so much and peace upon all over the world!!

On Sep. 20th, 2012, I watched a TV program about Mika Yamamoto who got shot and killed while she was filming the war in Syria.  I knew that a female Japanese journalist died in Syria just recentlybut I didn't know her life or work at all until then

She became a journalist in 1990, since then she had visited many places which had warsand video-taped not only the scenes of war and fighting but also she focused those women and children and their everyday severe lives.  She went to AfghanistanIraqUganda and many other counties.  As a female she had done interviews that malejournalists can never do in Muslim countries

She believed that existence of foreign journalists can prevent the war gets bigger and worseShe went to Syria on August 14th, and was shot and killed on 20th by pro-government troop at Aleppo.  She was 45 years old.  I feel sosorry for her and her familyand I feel anger that there are people who don't hesitate to kill those innocent people

We all know what is happening in Syriaand we still can't stop the terrible warBecause of her death, I believemany Japanese got interested in the situation in Syria. I really hope the war will be ended immediately.  I really wish peace upon all over the world.

R.I.P. Mika Yamamoto, we; all of us Japanese are very proud of your braveryjustice and humanity.

It is so sad. Our hearts ache with every drop of blood and every drop of tear our brothers shed in Syria and Burma and every where.. We are apart but we can reach them with prayers and that what we do.. This too will pass and Insha'Allah there will Justice.

Thanks for sharing

I pray to God that peace settles anywhere in the world. But, I am not that well-informed about what the truth is, and WHO is really responsible for the very bad situation in Syria.

But, we should be wise to accept just the truth, and not always we are fed with the true information. We can not easily say who is wrong and who is right. We are not there inside the event to see with our own eyes what the truth is, so we can not certainly accept all the news we hear or see. We should think and decide which news is just cheating us and which one is showing the truth.

I just saw something that I want to share with you. The decision is up to you.

See the link :http://www.marcodilauro.com/blog/bbc-mistakenly-runs-dated-iraq-pho...

I hope one day comes that there is just righteousness, justice and truth all over the world.

I hope that one day comes that we can trust all the news we hear, since they are all saying the single truth.

I hope that one day comes that we can all find the truth easily all over the world.

Peace be upon all of us.

Peace be upon all the innocent Syrian people- kids, women and innocent men- who are killed cruelly.

I pray to God to give us all peace and truth and the capacity to accept just the truth.

Thanks for sharing the post.
