Maybe you have seen some people in leadership positions, like executives of large corporations , or captains of sports teams . power can have a negative affect on some of them. You know ,when some people get power, they start feeling that they are better than others, or that they don`t have to follow the rules the way other people do.

But I think other leaders feel more responsible when they have power. They understand that their decisions affect a lot of people . when someone has a lot of power , maybe they think that they should be making all of the decisions, or that they don`t really need to consider how other people think or feel .

We`ve heard about power giving people a strong sense of responsibility , and about it making them think they don`t have to consider the advice of others. Sometimes powerful people are kind of isolated because everyone is looking to them to make the decisions , but at the same time everyone wants the decisions to go their own way. That`s a difficult position to be in. I would say that power make s a person`s life difficult in some ways.

Hi Ali. Thanks for your nice comment.You are absolutely right. additionally, as you know,A leader needs to have the ability to take risks. This ability comes with confidence in your decisions and yourself. It is claimed that higher the risk, higher is the gain. However, it need not always be so. A good leader should hence be able to weigh the pay-off of each situation properly. Someone who is happy being where he/she is will never make a good leader. A good leader should not rest on past laurels. A leader who does that soon loses his/her position. People are quick to remove such leaders from the pedestals they had set them upon. The constant urge for innovation is one of the most important leadership qualities. It helps the leader to be in tune with the modern times. It enables the leader to prepare his/her team to face new challenges much more effectively. A leader doesn't accept society's definitions of what is possible and what isn't. They break all barriers, go beyond connotations and achieve something extraordinary. Good leaders refuse to allow norms and limits defined by society to guide their actions or plans. Everything is possible for a good leader, despite the arduous and bumpy road to getting there.

 Hi Shanaz  .No doubt a leader is a talented person who possesses a lot of skills that qualify him to lead a  band of people to do certain task or to achieve some goals, thus the community needs different leaders to cover various  life aspects .I hope Shanaz is one of them . Thanks alot

It is really hard to be a leader.
I prefere not to be a leader.
But if I have a group, I try to be friend with members all and use members skills themselves to create a lovely place.

Power, such as political power, social power, power in school, power in one`s family, can affect in our whole life. We had experience to the power at least once. Power affect to leaders for the various ways. Leaders should have power so that their support team will follow them. Power can make the leater more powerful. so It is such an important things for the leader. Supreme authority affects our leaders strongly.So, it is said that "Power is better than money".
