The other day I learnt how to make "soy sauce jelly".
It's very convenient when you make box-lunch.  Also my friend told me "it is good for someone who has high blood pressure to avoid taking too much salt."

Ingredients:

soy sauce 100cc
water 100cc
agar 2g

 

How to make:

Add everything in a pan and boil for a several seconds. Then cool it in the fridge.

The soy sauce jelly can be used just like soy sauce.  It's very convenient when you use it for boxed lunch in stead of liquid normal soy sauce, as I mentioned above.

Yes, we do eat soy sauce here in my country, Junco.

My question was not how to eat soy sauce, my question was how to eat soy sauce "jelly". Never heard of any such thing before. Do you use it like ketchup?

Do you eat soy sauce in your country, ni∂α?  I guess not.  

We don't eat soy sauce alone.  It's a condiment.  We use soy sauce everyday just like salt.
