The other day I learnt how to make "soy sauce jelly".
It's very convenient when you make box-lunch. Also my friend told me "it is good for someone who has high blood pressure to avoid taking too much salt."

How to make:
Add everything in a pan and boil for a several seconds. Then cool it in the fridge.
