Why I am not religious?

This blog is actually an answer to one of my friend on MyEC who is really worried for me.

Hi world,

I always have altercations on this topic with my best buddy and I really don't like this situation when he asked to me why you are not following any religion like your other family members?

Because he is trying to make me agree on this but not listening my words.

When I came in this world, by blessings of God I have a too religious family. I tried my best for being religious I followed all rules, with respect and love. But...

A day came when I asked to myself "what is actual thing which my religion want to see in me?"

Is it spirituality? Is it good conduct? Is it to be responsible for family and society? Is it to believe in biggest power and to show gratitude to God for being kind with us? Is it to learn how to live life?

My over all answers are Yes for above, and religion is trying to show me a path how should I live better in this world. I found myself Orthodox!!!!

And again...

When I saw in world what is happening with the word "Religion"

I got some of these

I am not feeling that you want some examples friends as you already knew those all.

and also I saw all say they are following their Holy Book [I have respect for all holy books of all religions] but actually all are making me fool even my family too :O

Also I find that every religion have more categorization in itself I feel you can explore example in your own religion so I am not giving any example here :) [But if you need it from me I'll Google it for you please comment if so]

Then I said to myself forget world and family but be religious for my own-self . So to did so I started reading my holy book to explore my religion.

But...

I found that I am spiritual I believe in biggest power, but there is no any meaning to be orthodox. Ok then I started exploring my religion by its Holy book but I found contradictions between its sayings and my own thinking. I am not saying that I am great in thinking as compare to Holy book that book is really great but I am not because I feel it tough to follow it completely and yes also I don't want to disguise myself like others are doing, so what to do now?

Then finally I found a conclusion for myself that I should release myself from thinking of categorization of human beings on basis of word "Religion" so I am not of any category of religion and I see whole human as well as all beings as part of the greatest power.

Now what about prayers? Is it good to not say thanks to God for all blessings ? Nope !!!

So if I do it by way shown by a religion like to go some specific place or bye some specific word or by some any kind of specific. Nope !!!

So what actually God want that If I live my life in a best way and do my work honestly, and this is the best way to say thanks even without being specific and I really feel true when I do like this. :)

So I am finally not religious, I am far from that all narrow categorizations and customs and after all I am not disguising myself so not disguising God too :)

I am not in any religion :) I hope you get answer of your question my friend :)

and a real Shukriya ;) for your question, so here is answer:

I told I read hindi quran but not completed it, yes of course I concluded it by my own thoughts but yes I didn't discussed it with any Mulla or Hafiz or any concerned person, just with my family not even with friends.

I concluded cause I got I don't need any legal proof for my love to god no any custom can express it If I am following that custom with a wired mind or disagreed mind.

and Moti Moti baate bhi to Allah ki marzi se mind me aayi :D Jab har chiz uske ke hukm se chalti hi he to what can I do? I just a part of that greatest.

Did you get my major contradictions and reason?

When I was orthodox I was trying to follow it completely but I get it is not the way cause I cant live with contradictions, yes there is lots of moral values have built in my life now so I am not like a nomad in my life.

I agreed all universe is following rule as I told in my last reply about all living being [but you didn't read it carefully :S :P] go and look at those lines that they all not having any holy book but still Allah loving them equally, their path also having light.

Ok I hope you answered yourself of my questions with honesty but I am feeling your questions are not satisfying to you. If you really believe in Allah let the decision that I am wrong or right leave on Allah's choice because if I am wrong Allah never leave me without punishment in this world. Don't take this right on you.

Now I told you in my past lines [I am not happy that you didn't read it carefully] My contradictions..

I don't want to show that I have no respect for holy book this is not truth, I have respect but Allah word is sufficient for me and my spirituality is enough for me. I felt that religions are categorization but may be world may be more wild without it, Yes but I have a believe on me and Allah that I will not.

I have no questions for clarification to my soul but I asked to you some for yourself I hope you answered them to yourself.

Well I like harshness it convert me is smother one.. ;)

When I was orthodox I was following a single religion [with great proud and i am thankful of that religion because it is the only one who introduce me with concept of oneness of God and so I use word Allah more rather than god]

No i never thought to change my religion but I went through this situation when i try to explore religion and myself.

Before talking about contradiction I want to say that when I started reading the Holy book in hindi after 5th chapter AL Mahida I stopped reading cause I was feeling these contradictions will increased and after all when I love Allah there is nothing need to know more about religion and its history and all.

Well up to Al Mahida the biggest and teasing one contradiction is the book saying be afraid of Allah, yes I discussed it with my family and I got a very good reply that actually the book want to say be afraid of only Allah so that no any other thing can make you afraid and really I am too admired with this sentence to explain in words. But then my soul feel discomfort to love the one by whom I should be afraid and even I cant. But yes I am afraid of doing anything wrong and I have to bear results if I do so.

Really I love Allah more than my this small, little life and I cant make myself afraid of Allah cause I love and Allah love me too.

So contradiction is not solving.

more contradictions are also came in my mind and an overall conclusion of that all is the book is written [I knew it is revelation of God] by taking vision on the problem of that time that situation of day by day in Arab. Yes I agreed normally these problems repeated in this world and regardless of period but still contradictions in my mind for those. [I will reply more if you want to discuss them in detail]

Now yes I believe in Allah but I cant follow Holy book.

Do you know everything is made by Allah. This book too as all other books in this world If really Allah dont want to see anything else than your holy book why Allah created others?

I am not at all pointing on Allah but I am pointing on you in my above question.

I am working to improve myself and my family and society and yes I am thanking god by my works and by living life and showing respect to life and all.

And yes do you know what is meaning of word Muslim== obedient [one who is following holy book of Islaam] I am not following now so I am not in that and even in any religion.

Do you think rather than human any other being is not in love with Allah? I think your answer is no. If you believe that everything in this world loving Allah so where is their holy book they are not living according any book but actually they all living with a respect to their lives and this is what actually the way to thank Allah.

Yes I have rules for my life but I cant follow a book for that.

And I want to ask from you are you completely following your own holy book? reply with honesty

to yourself. Do you really know what is exactly you are following as your religion as by your holy book?

Do you really following each word of your book and you understand it ?

answer to yourself [not necessary to me even not in need]with honesty.

I am not clarifying here for "Why should world do not follow religion" I am just clarifying "Why I am not religious"
