Writing Challenge #12: My Dream English School

First of all i should say thanks to my dearest teacher and friend ,Tara whose writing challenges are so creative and encouraging...
well...i like to write my blog about this topic in the form of a report whose reporter is a young kid who has visited the school i have designed...here is the report:

Hi everyone .This is Susan from the Local Radio Station.Today's report is sth unbelievable. an extraordinary school.its name is "Get on the Bus" .

well, last weekend when i paid my cousin a visit ,i talked with him about his English school...you can't imagine how much excited he was while describing his extraordinary school...So i decided to visit his school personally to see how it looks like in reality...after talking to the manager on the phone and telling her about making a report from the school,i was formally invited to visit there ...
guess what the first surprise was ...the address...the school was not located in a fixed place ,because the manager said to me " THIS WEEK ,we are going to have our classes in the woods nearby." i asked surprisingly " this week?! what do you mean by that ?" and she responded that the school doesn't have a fixed location ;just a small office in an apartment for her as the manager to arrange the schedule and the teachers .but the students don't have any formal classes .they are always on a picnic .imagine ! a school without any classes.as it was somewhat unbelievable ,when i went to that week's class in the woods ,i asked the head for more info about their school.
the school is on 4 days a week.On Saturdays ,Mondays and Wednesdays the school is off.
everyday ,each picnic lasts for 4 hours .
I also got to know that they have some textbooks ,cassettes ,DVD and videos which are distributed among the students . the textbooks are designed so that the students must read a little bit info about the subject of the week in advance.they read it along with watching the video which is also about the same subject .also cassettes are provided to help the students read the stuff with the correct pronunciation and accent...i think it is like a virtual class in this aspect ...but wait ,see how this school tends to be like a real school as well>>>>

after the students get prepared a bit at home which is supposed to be done on Wednesdays when the school is off, they go on a picnic; to real sites where they can practice the stuff presented in the textbook in reality ."for example if the stuff is about TV shows and conversations ,we should manage to go to the TV station that week.we see the interviewers, news reporters and so many other staff working there ",said the energetic manager ." then we want the students to add a report to their notebooks.sth about whatever they have seen there ",she added.
at home ,the students have two additional hours to study.school at home.they should use the Internet to attend their virtual class with their teacher.there ,the teacher adds whatever needed to let the students learn more about the subject of the week.
evaluation of the students is done due to their reports and their activities during the picnic ,say, conversations, questions and so on.

Now here is the defects i see in this kind of school:

well, the problem with this school is that the manager must be so active finding the right places and calling and visiting the heads of other organizations to let them in their firm ,station or office.besides ,they can just have 10 students in a group visiting a location at a time .so they may just let 40 students register for the school.4 days for taking each group to the decided place .

another problem is that ,the tuition is naturally high due to preparing buses or vans and also making appointments and so on.see,it is a picnic .you yourself can calculate to see how much each picnic may cost.

but anyway, this school is so effective.the students can both learn virtually and practically at the same time.it provides the students with an active style of learning .the students enjoy their time without stress.

so would you like to give it a try ? i mean if you like to attend the picnics at this school??why ? why not?

end of today's report by Susan Brown.

I have learned some new vocabularies in Tara's comment ...

one of a kind
single of his generation, the only one of his kind, there's nobody else like him

picky /ˈpɪk.i/

adjective INFORMAL DISAPPROVING
describes someone who is very careful about choosing only what they like;someone who is picky only likes particular things and not others, and so is not easy to please;
choosy, selective; fastidious, meticulous, stringent ...

Again i should say thanks to Tara...

Hi dear Tara..Thanks a lot for your helpful comment...As always you make me motivated by your encouraging comments....It keeps me energized seeing that you fill my tank with your precious words and ideas...Thanks a lot ...
Yeah, capital letters are missed in my blog...I should be careful about them...I have got used to writing without capital letters....OK,my dear teacher ...From now on ,I try my best not to miss this point...

Again thanks a lot for being such a nice and helpful teacher ...
Have a great time next to your lovely family :))))

Wow! This is quite a report, Susan Brown! Yes, I would love to go to this picnic-style school. It is one-of-a-kind. I'll be disappointed if I can't afford it, though. It does sound expensive!

Zahra: It would be great if you could highlight some of the useful vocabulary and expressions, such as "fixed location" and "formally invited" and "paid someone a visit".
The best part about your writing is that you write as if you are speaking. All learners should try to do this! Call me a picky teacher, but I'd like to see some capital letters where they belong. :)
I'm going to feature this one!
