Thanks for your reply. Yes, you are right, so many things is not good for us. Particularly the excessive things being use by you causes an addiction physical or mental. This addiction is dangerous and your addition can involve losing reality, yourself and in addition your good friends...that is a bad way of life.

Everything to be uses in excessive amount create disadvantage over human life. Just like eating too much pizza, hamburger or chocolate can harm your body too. But if in proper amount and under parents guidance, computer games proven to be more advantages over disadvantages. I would like to share top 10 benefits which I'm directly taken from internet source.
