hi there! that is good you are doing your best to improve and you have a toefl score that's great. Speaking will definitely take time though. I conduct classes online but they are not free. Although I do give free classes during my vacation whenever I am available. One way you can practice your speaking skills by yourself is through reading English materials out loud. And by mimicking English dialogues in movies. You can do this for 30 minutes to an hour everyday if you can. That is usually one of my supplemental advice to my students. keep in touch!
